Database Management (Intern)
Introduction
As a member of our Implementation team you will work on ensuring Customer Success in using workXmate Business Apps to Automate.Manage.Grow their Business from the Cloud.
You would be responsible for establishing workXmate as a best in class Business App provider. You should be able to recognize, understand, and implement Customer requirements.
Key Skills
- Experience in writing in SQL
- Understanding of key Business Processes
- Ability to grasp complex technical data and to communicate to a broad range of technical and non-technical people
Responsibilities
- Development of Implementation plan & strategy to ensure time bound implementations
- Maintain accurate records of all Customer related activities
- Create and conduct customized Customer Training and Demos
- Interaction with Engineering team to ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer requests

- Very solid communication skills
- Works with minimal direction on strategic and technical issues
- Able to handle tough situations independently
